Taking Care of Yourself…

So with the holidays here, it is more important now than it ever has been to avoid some of those foods that might tend to bog you down and create the “catch up” phase in January where you resolve to chase health and feel better. In this article, I wrote about how the nutritional requirements change for your body as you grow older and a manipulation of your diet should happen.
